My name is Adrian C Alexandrescu, I am an ARB | RIBA licenced architect practising in London, UK. Collaborating with a group of architects and designers spread worldwide, we deliver projects that highlight our belief that architecture is about possibility. In both my personal and professional work, I interrogated concepts regarding the alternative ways of building and living, continuously looking to update architecture’s societal relevance and its ability to steer beyond its physical representation. I am passionate about creating systems of architectural ecology driven by an emphasis on green architecture and the circular economy.

I believe that as architects, we are responsible for making the change that we want to see in the world. It is the responsibility of looking at the needs of society and providing nothing less than the maximum evolution of an idea within the most efficient system possible. This responsibility comes as a response to the outdated leftovers from the past becoming the canvas from which we learn and onto which we build the future.

For me, architecture is a rebellious profession which constantly fights against the commonplace. Through the combination of fantasy and pragmatism, architecture has the power to improve our lives.
